Thursday, December 5th, Doors Open at 6 pm, Guided tasting begins at 6:30 until approx. 8:30 pm

About our presenter:
Philip McClement
Philip joins Jackson Family Wines from South Carolina, where he was an
off-premise Area Manager for our distributor partner, Breakthru Beverage. Prior to
his time in distribution, Philip worked in restaurants and received his degree in
Hospitality Management at East Carolina University. While in college, Philip
discovered a passion for grilling & barbequing, and he founded the Pirate Cookout
Club which raised money for the American Brain Tumor Association. Philip
recently relocated to Chicago, Illinois for his new role with Jackson Family. He has
enjoyed running along Lake Michigan as well as brings his passion for cooking
and grilling to his new home.
