 J HENRY AND SONS BOURBON BELLEFONTAINE RESERVE

• Description: This bourbon is aged for five years and then finished for eight months in Cognac casks imported from France. The name is a tribute to the Henry family's French heritage and their Wisconsin farm.

J HENRY AND SONS BOURBON 5YR PATTON ROAD RESERVE

• Description: A Wisconsin Straight Cask Strength Bourbon that is aged for 5 years. It is bottled at cask strength to maintain its purest expression, as the barrels are considered the best in the rickhouse.

J HENRY AND SONS BOURBON SMALL BATCH

• Description: This is a true small batch bourbon, crafted using batches of only 20 barrels. The barrels are blended, and the proof is slowly reduced to an approachable 92 proof (46% alcohol).

J HENRY AND SONS STRAIGHT RYE RESERVA SEVILLAN

• Description: A Four Grain Rye whiskey that is finished in Vino Naranja Casks from Spain. The whiskey is finished in barrels from a solera system to layer traditional flavors from the Spanish dessert wine with the rye.

J HENRY AND SONS STRAIGHT BOURBON HUSK

• Description: This is a limited-release collaboration with Goose Island Beer Co.. The bourbon is finished in barrels that previously held a "Harvest Wine" beer, creating a unique fusion of aroma and flavor.

Additional food and drink are available for purchase. Adults 21+ only. Registration required. Food Specials not available during special events. All attendees must be registered. 

Maximum number of registrants is set at 75.
