Cost: $30 per person (which includes a $20.00 Credit for purchasing a bottle(s) after the event.)

 Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc delights with punchy aromas of passionfruit, white peach, and nectarine, accented by hints of fresh-cut grass and kaffir lime. The palate is tightly focused and intense, featuring juicy white peach and gooseberry, framed by mouthwatering acidity and a burst of grapefruit.
 
Rombauer Chardonnay   Rombauer Chardonnay presents delightful aromas of ripe peach, melon, and bright citrus. On the palate, creamy vanilla and buttery nuances are balanced by Rombauer's signature bright acidity, culminating in a long, satisfying finish.
 
Rombauer Merlot With intense aromas of red plum, dried cranberry, and black cherry, this Merlot offers a burst of blackberry and warm pie crust flavors on the palate. Fine tannins and bright acidity create a beautifully balanced and rich mouthfeel, with a long finish.
 

Rombauer Cabernet Sauvignon This Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of black cherry, cassis, and spice, leading to a full and concentrated palate with similar dark fruit flavors and a long, structured finish. Its finely structured tannins and balanced acidity make it a rich and nuanced experience.

Rombauer Zinfandel  This Zinfandel bursts with bright fruit aromas of cherry and red plum, joined by notes of vanilla, holiday spices, and lavender. On the palate, layers of raspberry jam, mocha, clove, and white pepper are framed by fine tannins, leading to a long, lush finish.

Daniel Fehr
EASTERN DIVISION SALES MANAGER
Dan grew up working in his family’s restaurant in Bedford, NY.
In fact, the first five years of his career were spent
working in hotels, bars, and restaurants but it wasn’t until he
became general manager for Montagna Restaurant
at The Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, CO that his passion
for wine was fully ignited. “That’s when I went from simply
tasting wine to understanding the business of wine. I knew then
that I wanted to be in the wine industry full-time.”
Dan came to Rombauer Vineyards in 2019 with over 15
years’ experience in food and beverage management at luxury
hotels. Prior to The Little Nell, Dan’s impressive career trajectory
included successive management positions at the Four Seasons
Hotels & Resorts in New York, Las Vegas and Carlsbad, CA.
He joined The Aspen Ski Company (operator of The Little
Nell Hotel) in 2008, and eventually held positions at that
company’s Snowmass Club as food and beverage director and
simultaneously in the mountain division as general manager for
multiple restaurants.

In 2012 he was the opening director of food and beverage
at Hotel Jerome, part of Auberge Resorts.
Prior to joining Rombauer Vineyards in 2019, Dan was
director of banquets for The Pendry in San Diego, operated
by Montage Hotels & Resorts.
After managing the Midwest region for nearly four years,
Dan now overseas the Eastern division which includes the
North East, Mid Atlantic, South East, Central, and Midwest
regions
Having grown up in NY and traveled the country for work,
Dan and his wife Diane and daughters Ava and Melanie
call Parker, Colorado home. You’ll find them on the slopes
or camping and fishing during family time or passing along
their passion for cooking to their daughters in the kitchen at
home.

 

 Last minute wine/food substitutions may need to be made in case of shortages. 

Additional food and drink are available for purchase. Adults 21+ only. Registration required. Daily Food Specials not available during events All sales final; no refunds. Paid attendees only allowed in events. 

Maximum number of registrants is set at 75.
