A collaboration with Best Maid Pickles in Fort Worth that has a very loyal following all over Texas and beyond. Best Maid is known for its unique taste, more salty than vinegary and the pickle beer has the same characteristics, with a nice lemon peel acidity from Martin House's souring bacteria.
This tart, salty gose is soured in the kettle with lactobacillus. The tartness is tempered by salt additions from around the world and finished with coriander for a citrus and earthy touch.
