Cheesy Corks

Our house made flatbread dough shaped into corks, tossed in garlic & parmesan, baked in the oven with loads of mozzarella and served with beer cheese & red sauce on the side. Wine Pairing: Sparkling Wine or Pinot Noir, Beer Pairing: Pilsner
