What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, mobile number, and email — when you make a reservation, join our rewards program, sign up for texts, or contact us.
- Visit and order information tied to your account, so we can track rewards and serve you better.
- Basic website data such as pages viewed, used only to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To take and confirm reservations and orders.
- To run our rewards program and send the offers and notifications you opted in to receive.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Mobile information & text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to our SMS program, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for (rewards offers, and birthday/anniversary perks). Message frequency varies and is no more than about once per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Separately from that marketing program, if you have a rewards account we may use your mobile number to send account texts you request — a one-time verification code when you sign in to or verify your account, and a single confirmation when your account is created. These are not marketing messages and are sent only in direct response to your own action. The same rules apply: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor, email sender, and text-message provider — and only as needed to provide the service. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared for third-party marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How we protect it
We keep your information on secured systems and limit access to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Ask us to view, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Children
Our services are intended for adults. You must be 21 or older to join our SMS program or purchase alcohol. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
