Blackboard Merlot
a full-bodied wine that offers notes of dark chocolate, plum, dried fruits. The wine was crafted from multiple vineyards in Washington State; Soaring Eagle, McNary, and Four Feathers. Farmed using sustainable practices, the vines were harvested in the early fall mornings of 2020. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, with three months on oak (45% new French oak).
