Smoked Gorgonzola 4 oz

A marvelous balance of sweet and pungent when young; slightly sharp and musty with a good foundation of sweetness when a bit older; lots of hickory smoke mingling with the sweet dairy tones and pungent blue notes; big, bold finish.
