Light caramel in color with a deep golden hue, offers aromas of hay, dried grass, stone fruit, caramel corn and sweet maple. Spicy caramel and maple notes come through at first, then mellow with dried fruit, floral notes. Sweetness and spice are of fresh baked oatmeal raisin cookies.
